Returns & Change‑of‑Mind Policy
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. This includes:
- Made‑to‑order 3D‑printed goods
- Made‑to‑order playdough
- Made-to-order playdough kits
- Custom requested playdough, playdough kits, 3D printed goods
- Custom party favour orders
- Handmade sensory bases (e.g., bubbly fizzy mixes)
- Any personalised or customised items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please choose carefully when ordering made‑to‑order or custom items, as these cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns for Eligible Items
For non‑custom, non‑made‑to‑order items (e.g., wooden tools), returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- in the same condition as received
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, email hello@loveandgiggles.com.au before sending anything back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours if:
- your item is damaged
- your item is faulty
- you received the wrong item
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for non‑handmade items (e.g., wooden tools).
A $19 reshipping fee applies.
We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchange requests. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss options.
Important Notes
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping provider
- Colour differences due to screen variations
- Change of mind
- The item not looking exactly as you imagined
- Ordering without checking processing times
