Where do you ship?

We ship within Australia - NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, TAS AND NT.

We ship internationally:

How much is shipping?

Australia shipping costs: 

  • Flat rate Standard shipping $12.00
  • Flat rate Express shipping $19.00 
  • Free express shipping on all AU orders over $150.00 

International shipping costs: 

  • New Zealand: Standard shipping $30 / Express shipping $40 
  • USA & Canada: Standard shipping $45 / Express shipping $60
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: Standard shipping $50 / Express shipping $65
  • Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan & Malaysia: Standard shipping $40 / Express shipping $55 

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.

  • The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
  • Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
  • Your order will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.

When will you ship my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for all handmade items to ship. Please be patient after placing your order as each one is made to order with love. 

If you placed an order for non-handmade items, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. 

If your order contains both handmade and non-handmade items, we will ship your order once the handmade items are ready in 5-7 business days.

Please note, all orders with express shipping or complimentary shipping will still have a turnaround time of 5-7 business days as everything is made to order. If you need it for a specific date, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to get this out to you sooner.

For playdough kits with 3D printed props and figurines, please allow 7 to 10 business days to create your 3D printed bundle. Orders with express shipping will still have the same turnaround time of 7 to 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to have this ready for you. If you have placed an order with other items from the store everything will be shipped together when ready. 

If you placed an order for pre-ordered items, please take note of the pre-order shipping date. Any orders placed with pre-ordered items will be shipped together. 
Split shipping on one order is not available unless separate shipping has been paid for. 

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

There may be delays during busy sale periods, Easter, Halloween and Christmas so please allow a little extra shipping time in that case.


How do you ship items?

We ship via Australia Post with tracking as standard within Australia.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order? 

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please email hello@loveandgiggles.com.au and we can see if we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.

In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Love and Giggles cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss and will not compensate for any additional shipping costs.

Love and Giggles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed.

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped with tracking details.
