How much is shipping?

Australia shipping costs: 

• Flat rate Standard shipping $12.00
• Flat rate Express shipping $19.00 
• Free express shipping on all AU orders over $150.00 

International shipping costs: 

• New Zealand: Standard shipping $30 / Express shipping $40 
• USA & Canada: Standard shipping $45 / Express shipping $60
• United Kingdom & Ireland: Standard shipping $50 / Express shipping $65
• Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan & Malaysia: Standard shipping $40 / Express shipping $55 

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.

• The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
• Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.
• To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
• Your order will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.

When will you ship my order?

Please allow 5–10 business days for all handmade and 3D‑printed items to be created and shipped. Each piece is made to order with love in my tiny mum‑run studio.

Express Shipping Express shipping speeds up delivery with Australia Post, but the 5–10 business day creation time still applies. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout and I’ll do my best to help.


Made‑to‑Order & Change‑of‑Mind Policy
All items at Love & Giggles are made to order. Once production has begun — including 3D printing and handcrafted playdough — we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for change‑of‑mind. This is because materials, time and labour are allocated to your order as soon as it enters our production queue.

🎃 Halloween Pre‑Order Shipping

Orders placed by 15 September → begin shipping from 1 October Orders placed 15–30 September → begin shipping from 12 October Pre‑orders close 30 September

All items are made to order. If you need your order by a specific date, please include it in the checkout notes or email hello@loveandgiggles.com.au.

Everything is handmade and 3D printed in my tiny mum‑run studio, so your pieces will be created just for you.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

There may be delays during busy sale periods, Easter, Halloween and Christmas so please allow a little extra shipping time in that case.

How do you ship items?

We ship via Australia Post with tracking as standard within Australia.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order? 

Yes, if your order has not been shipped out yet, we can amend your shipping address for you. Please email hello@loveandgiggles.com.au and provide your updated address.

In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Love and Giggles cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss and will not compensate for any additional shipping costs.

Love and Giggles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed.

How do I know when my order has been shipped? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped with tracking details.
