Processing Times
All of our products are handmade and made to order.
- Handcrafted playdough & playdough kits: 5–7 business days
- Orders including 3D‑printed props/figurines: 7–10 business days
- Busy periods (Nov–Dec, Easter): 8–10 business days
- Express shipping does not shorten processing times — it only speeds up delivery once posted.
If you need your order sooner, please leave a note at checkout. We will always try our best, but this is not guaranteed.
We do not split shipments. If your order contains pre‑order items or a mix of handmade and non‑handmade items, everything will be shipped together once ready.
Party Favour Orders
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Please order 2–3 weeks in advance
- If unsure, message us before ordering
- Party favours are prepared closer to the event date to ensure fresh playdough
- Express shipping must be selected
- Free shipping offers do not apply to party favour orders
Pre‑Orders
For pre‑ordered Luxe Doughs or Playdough Kits, please refer to the delivery timeframe listed on the product page.
If your order includes both pre‑order and in‑stock items, everything will ship together once the pre‑order is ready.

We ship within Australia:
NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, TAS, NT
We also ship internationally to:
New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia
Shipping Costs
Australia:
- Standard: $12
- Express: $19
- Free express shipping on orders over $150 (playdough & kits only; excludes custom party favour invoices)
International:
- New Zealand: $40 standard / $50 express
- Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia: $75 standard / $90 express
All prices are in AUD.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders ship once handmade items are complete.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods or sales, please allow 8–10 business days for processing.
How We Ship
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is home.
Address Changes
We cannot modify an order once it has been placed.
If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately to see if cancellation is possible so you can reorder.
We are not responsible for:
- incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- lost or stolen parcels once Australia Post marks them as delivered
For delivery issues, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
